Yes.  Your pet will be cremated alone, and you will receive only the
ashes from your pet.
 

• How will I be sure this is my pet's ashes?

We have an open door policy which allows you to attend the cremation.
 

• What will my pet's ashes be returned in?

A hard plastic urn is included in the cremation price. Click here for details.
 

• What are your hours of service?

We are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
 

• Will you pick up my pet at my residence?

Yes, we will pick your pet up at your residence, and deliver the
 ashes back there.
 

• Can we pre-plan?

Yes, this is recommended as it is easier to deal with prior to your

• Will you provide home burial?

Yes.  We will prepare the grave site and complete the burial at
your residence.
 

• Do you sell caskets for home burial?

• Will you sell me an urn if someone else cremated my pet?

Yes.  We have wooden, onyx, pewter, and bronze urns available.

Yes.  We offer a full line of monuments with the breed of your pet

• Where are you located?

We are approximately 30 miles west of Charlotte, North Carolina.

• Do you have a cemetery?

Yes.  Our cemetery is located in a rural landscape with approximately
3,000 grave sites.  Several of the pictures on this website are from our

• Will it always remain a cemetery?

Yes.  It falls under the same guidelines as a human cemetery.
 

• Can we visit the gravesite?

Yes.  The cemetery is always open for visitation.
 

• Can we have a full burial service?

Yes.  Arrangements can be made for this type service if desired.
